This is a new feature available on request that allows the dashboard user to generate a link or QR code that can be used by the public to generate their own profile, saving the need for the dashboard user to send out a profile request.

Create a QuickLink

1.   Click on Quicklinks in the left sidebar

2.   Add a name for the Quicklink, this is to help you distinguish between links

3.   Choose the Profile template that will be used

4.   Select First name or Last name is enabled and if it’s mandatory

5.   Note that you MUST enable either Email or Mobile or both and one should be mandatory (otherwise no profile is generated)

6.   Enter the requester name

7.   You can leave References blank so user can fill it in or add a default value not seen by end user.

8.   Click Save

Generate profiles using Quicklink

1.   Click on Quicklinks in the left sidebar

2.   Copy the QR code or copy the link for any Quicklink and share it

3.   You can print the QR code on an ad or share the link via SMS or email.

4.   You can edit any Quicklink settings using the Options. This will affect any new profiles created using the Quicklink.
