The company or organisation that you are dealing with will let you know to expect a data request via PlanetVerify.

When you get the email with a request to share data, the email should contain a link to upload the data. If you click on this link you can set up a password and log straight into the data request, either on your mobile or a computer. You can now type in the information requested or upload any documents directly from your device. If you are using a phone, you can take a picture of your documents to upload directly.

If you didn't get the email yet, please check your Spam or Junk folder in your email.

You can log back into this request at any time to see the status of your data upload. Just click on the link again or go to this link and enter your email and password to view your submitted documents.
