We are delighted to announce our latest feature improvement that allows you to invite a number of profile applicants to a meeting or a viewing.

To start, simply select the group of profiles of interest. You can do this by using labels or other filters to select the group of interest.

You may wish to invite all the starred applicants for a particular property to a viewing. First enter the address of the property in the search bar on the open Data Requests screen.

Next, select the profiles already indicated as favourites using the star feature 

( you could also filter by labels if you are using those)

Now to invite all these profiles to a viewing, select them all and click More Actions and Create a meeting

Now enter the details of the viewing and set any reminders.

Click Save.

Now you can see all the profiles that were invited to the viewing on your dashboard.

If the applicant accepts the meeting the icon is shown as green, or if declined it is shown as red. Grey means they have not responded yet.

Click on the meeting icon to see the details of the viewing.

How does it work for the applicant?

When you invite a profile to a meeting, the applicant will get an automatic email  showing the details of the meeting and asking them to confirm.

The applicant can click on the link to log back into their web portal to accept or decline the meeting.
